Property giant offers Cebuanos 'live-work-play' dynamics

Even before it was touted as the bustling Queen City of the South, Cebu has long attracted and enamored many individuals into settling into its city.

And property developers, of course, were not spared from Cebu City’s enchanting charm, with many of them setting up their respective townships and developments, to take advantage of the growing demand for quality housing in the area.

Take for instance the latest offering by Avida Corp., a subsidiary of property giant Ayala Land.

The Avida Towers Riala introduces to its buyers an “integrated living concept” wherein residents can indulge in a life of comfort and relaxation with lush, green and open spaces—smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Live-work-play dynamics

The five-tower Avida Towers Riala will rise on a 21,246 square-meter area within the Cebu Park District, the premier business, lifestyle and leisure destination in Cebu. This district covers the Cebu Business Park and Cebu IT Park—each one a complete destination, comprising a dynamic whole.

Both parks, according to Avida Land, enjoy a critical mass of locators in the spheres of business, banking, finance, IT and tourism services, as well as residential and commercial developments to complete the live-work-play dynamics within the community.

According to Avida, its latest project offering combines the benefits of a healthy, green environment with the conveniences and thrills of a modern, urban existence. The property is just a short walk from major commercial and business centers, as well as top schools and hospitals.

Avida Towers Riala allows its residents to “readily create the lifestyle they want and imagined—one that nurtures true well-being. The said development will also allow future residents to enjoy laid-back moments after taking on the challenges of work with its numerous amenities and facilities.”

Those who wish a more active recreation will enjoy jogging trails, swimming pools and a grand lawn. There are courtyards and private gardens where one can reflect and meditate while the lush landscape of trees and greenery can evoke serenity and feelings of wellness.

There will also be three additional podium levels that will house exclusive residential parking slots. Located on top of the podium level is the amenity deck, which houses the lap pool and kiddie pool, courtyards and private gardens.

Residential units

The first tower of Avida Towers Riala has a total of 621 residential units, with 27 residential floors. It is now offering units to would-be residents, as well as investors.

Three types of units are available in Tower 1: studio units at 23 sq m; 1-bedroom unit at 41 sq m and 2-bedroom unit at approximately 56.6 sq m, all with affordable price tags ranging from P1.8 million to P5.5 million.
