Amaia steps up expansion

Amaia, Ayala Land Inc.’s economic housing arm, continues to serve startup families and hardworking Filipinos by providing quality homes at affordable prices. New and exciting developments are set in the third and fourth quarters of 2013.

Amaia’s residential developments are soon to rise in Cavite, Pampanga and Laguna. Following the success of Amaia Scapes Cavite, the first Amaia project in Cavite launched in late 2011, comes the second Amaia development in General Trias.

This masterplanned 40-hectare horizontal development is anchored by a retail strip, a private school and a place of worship suitable for Cavite residents and employes working in the Makati central business district or southern Metro Manila.

Commercial centers such as The District Cavite, other schools and a church are also within reach from the development.
